Le Battistelle
Volcanic soil with basaltic and tuffaceous rocks located in the single Cru vineyard ?Roccolo del Durlo?, between the hamlet of Brognoligo and the edge of the Soave municipality. Situated on a very steep hill, the volcanic terroir of this single vineyard is transformed into an intense wine
with a pronounced minerality.
They make a careful selection of the most mature grapes that are picked at the end of the season. Once de-stemmed, a cold skincontact
maceration takes place for about 48 hours. Fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 25 days.

Tasting Note Straw yellow colour, with bright golden hues; An intense aroma combines the sensation of yellow fruits with hints of citrus.
Good body and delicious balance between freshness and flavour. Structured palate, persistent, floral with a brilliant mineral contrast.
Food Pairing This wine pairs well with a wide variety of cured meats, meat dishes and mature cheeses. An excellent accompaniment,
also, to the Veronese speciality bollito misto and pear? sauce.

Aging The wine matures on the fine lees, with frequent batonnage for 8 months.
