Tasting Note
Pale gold in color, clean and bright. On the nose it is extremely complex, this wine offers layered aromas of white peach, apricot, toast and almonds, also this year present the white flowers and honey touches from Grenache and Muscat. It is also very earthy and mineral coming from the unique soils (licorella). On the palate, is full-bodied, tightly structured, and bone dry but with flavors tending to sweeter notes of honey, clove and cardamom.
Food Pairing
With its rich and evolving finish, this wine makes a great complement to flavorful grilled fish, chicken, buttery raviolis topped with truffles and parmesan.

Winemaking After that the wine spend time in French new barrels of 225 Liters of the highest level of quality with the lees using the “batonage” technic to create volume in the mouth.
