HARVEST:?Manual.
Being an old and very old vineyard, the usual conduction of the vine is what we call the glass.?For this reason, our harvests are made entirely by hand, without a machine, in order to ensure the highest quality of the grape. |

PREPARATION:
Cold maceration for 3-5 days. 50% of the grapes fermented in concrete tanks and the other 50% in French oak barrels for 10 days. Drink over the next 6 years. |

TASTING NOTES: Straw-yellow colour with golden hue. Intense and complex bouquet with stone fruit and citrus aromas, white flowers and chamomile and hints of honey and anise. ?Lively, crisp and mineral with a well-balanced freshness. It is round, elegant and creamy with earthy and mineral notes (reminiscent of its terroir). Lingering finish. |
