This is sustainable wines certified by the PIWI. The PIWI wines that is made of fungus resistant grape varieties, Cabernet Volos grape, therefore requiring less interventions and treatments. 

Tasting Notes
This wine presents complex red fruit notes on the nose where blackberries, raspberries and wild strawberries stand out at first, followed by hints of cherry and blueberries. On the palate it displays a generous mineral content, good freshness, supported by pleasant tannins.

Food pairings
Its flavor makes it a great match for fish soup, eel, tuna, trout, sea bream, sardine, swordfish or dried or salted cod. To be served at a temperature of 12-14 °C
