Winemaking
Manual Harvest and selection by two times. Fermented in new French of fine grain barrels. It was lightly filtered before bottled. Ageing for 8 months in French Barrels with Battonage with its lees.

This is a small production select and crafted wine. Only 1000 bottles of the best Chardonnay from AIN Can Vendrell estate, just in front of the cellar will be produced each year.

Tasting Notes
Golden Yellow color with notes of ripe fruit, dry herbs and spices. It has a rich texture in the mouth, balsamic and full bodied.
