Fermentation in stainless steel tank to retain the characters of the variety. 

Tasting Notes
Bright and lively, straw yellow with greenish reflections. Its bouquet marries the delicacy of flowers with the sweetness of white fruit. On palate, the sensations of freshness are accompanied by a pleasant flavour. Fine and well balanced. 

Food Pairing
Interesting when paired with raw and cooked fish. Excellent as an aperitif. Serving at temperature of 6° C.
